Webhyoid bone problems. I have been dealing with this my entire life since early childhood, but mine pops out on both the left side and the right. I was also told by numerous doctors that there was nothing that could pop out in my neck/throat. It has always been much easier to push the left side into place but both sides are excruciatingly painful.
