Adults 65 years or older, people who are American Indian or Alaska Native, and people with certain medical conditions are also at increased risk. WebPentacel is a combination vaccine that contains DTaP, IPV and Hib vaccines. Pentacel is supplied as single-dose vials, 5 doses to a package. A single-dose vial of liquid DTaP-IPV vaccine is used to reconstitute a single-dose vial of lyophilized ActHIB vaccine. The vaccine must be kept at refrigerator temperature (35o-46oF) at all times.
