(Not a plug-in relay.) So it appears that you'd have to replace the whole fuseblock. At least if you want to do it the GM way. The GM Direct price is $150. WebMar 31, 2016 · I'll have to look at mine when I get home but it sounds like either the relay is dead (which isn't super common), you're not getting power to the relay, the fuses are blown (you've checked), or your BCM is not energizing the high beam relay through a tan/white wire (this would be scary) as it runs through the BCM. If there is a short to ground on the high beam circuit (L33 on diagram) that would explain it, and I believe this would set a DTC. if there is no short, the BCM would be suspect.

That would at least rule out fuses and bulbs. Next thing to check would be the switch.
