Details of the available flats for booking can be found on the HDB website. Executive Condominiums (ECs): Available a Few Times a Year ECs are also part of HDB sales launches. On the other hand, Open Booking is suspended twice a year for HDB to inject a fresh supply of flats. As of writing, all flats under this scheme have been booked.
